Creative Vision: The client wanted to utilize an existing visual element reference “Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” so I used the show’s poster, along with the specific required graphic, to design the label

Red Line Ale Release Party

Client: Hellbender

Creative Vision: I wanted to play off of the design elements of the DC Metro, which is the namesake of the Red Line Ale (the brewery is located on the “red” line of the train system).

Capitalsaurus Beer Launch Parties

Client: Hellbender Brewery
Roles: Graphic design, marketing
Year: 2019
Scope of Requested Work: Event posters (print and digital), social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook)
Creative Vision: Using the design assets for the Capitalsaurus beer can label (designed by Southern Northern), I wanted to create a safari-poster esthetic with dinosaurs roaming in the landscape of D.C.

"Find Your Spirit" Campaign

Client: One Eight Distilling
Roles: Creative direction, graphic design, product design
Year: 2019
Scope of Requested Work: Visual identity for “Find Your Spirit” campaign (used in print, product and digital), tasting-wheel paper coasters
Creative Vision: The client wanted a tasting wheel that showed the relationship between all the distinct spirits. I wanted to visually represent all the unique flavors while still preserving the integrity of the brand style guidelines presented to me.

Hellraiser Tap Takeover

Creative Vision: I wanted to created a unique poster esthetic in the Oktoberfest motive as a nod to the German beer festival which takes place at the same time of year as the Hellbender event.

Yoga Heights Fall 2017

Client: Yoga Heights DC
Roles: Creative direction, graphic design, marketing, brand development
Year: 2017
Scope of Requested Work: Event posters (print and digital), social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook), marketing posters (print and digital)
Creative Vision: I was brought on to perform a variety of marketing and PR tasks for Yoga Heights ahead of the opening of its second studio location. In addition to writing press releases, building community relationships and running social media accounts, I was also asked to create several digital and print promotional materials. In doing so, I wanted to develop a consistent “look and feel” to the brand — something that was not consistently done before. I implemented a standard set of brand colors, fonts and messaging and then I implemented them in all of this work. I also helped the studio re-crop its logo to display more prominently on social media.
